The company
We’re building an AI agent designed specifically for consumer marketers—a collaborator that lives inside its own creative workspace, built for fast, integrated execution. Our founding team spent the last decade running a top-tier marketing agency, working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands. Now, we’re combining that hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI to create a tool that helps marketers think, move, and create 10x faster. We believe the future belongs to humans and agents working side-by-side, where data, design, and strategy converge seamlessly. We see a clear gap in the space—and a massive opportunity—to rethink creative tools from the ground up.
The role
We’re looking for a Design Engineer—a hybrid thinker and builder who owns the front-end user experience from concept to production. This role is equal parts design sensitivity and engineering precision. You’ll prototype new ideas, bring motion-rich interfaces to life, and ship polished, high-performance UIs that elevate the way users interact with our product.
You’ll work closely with back-end engineers to ensure features work end-to-end, debugging issues along the way.
If you obsess over the details of how things look, feel, and respond—and love turning those ideas into real, scalable systems—you’ll thrive here.
In this role you will:
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces that align with our design philosophy.
- Take ownership of the front-end application experience—how it looks, feels, and performs—ensuring it meets the highest standards of interactivity and polish.
- Apply masterful command of CSS to craft precise, elegant UI components and layouts.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape product design direction, ensuring that design and brand execution align with company vision.
- Build and evolve our design system, by prototyping and experimenting with new interaction patterns, especially high-fidelity, motion-rich concepts that bring ideas to life.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility).
- Work across the stack touching UI, API, and SDKs; be comfortable interfacing with MVC-based backends such as Django or Ruby on Rails.
- Optimize application performance metrics like Real Experience Score (RES), First Contentful Paint (FCP), and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).
- Help set the tone and culture for UX and design engineering at the company, influencing how we build and think about product experiences.
- Regularly share design work, prototypes, and ideas publicly (e.g., on X), helping create a reputation for our company as deep craftspeople.
- Be an avid user of AI tools like Cursor and Lovable, always pushing your productivity threshold higher.
